About me
My name is Bernhard Hirschmann, I live near Stuttgart, Germany, and work as a software analyst, developer and architect. After I finished my studies on software development at the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen in 2000, I started working on Java projects. First on rich client architectures using Swing, later leightweight web applications using Struts and other frameworks. Up until now I keep being busy with Java and J2EE projects.
My second field of interest is Adobe Flash, which became very juicy with the Flex framework and especially the Flex Builder Plugin for Eclipse. I enjoy the possibility to develop nice looking applications using the object oriented methods I’m used to from the Java world.
With this blog, I’d like to share some interesting techniques and to get in touch with other developers for discussion and more.
